How do We Guarantee Your Packages - Rules & Exclusions

Expires 18 months from date of purchase. Extended expirations available based on package quantities

Multiple promo certificates may be used in a single day

Certificate dates may be booked 1 at a time as needed

Studio/client are responsible for the quality of prep instructions being followed by the photography client
-
Studio/client is responsible to provide appropriate prep space. In the event of non-available space, a client may travel to Colour Law. This will void camera check portion of a certificate
-
shoots/bookings exceeding the maximum allowable time will revert to an hourly rate unless previously arranged and or negotiated
-
In the event of a non-accessible booking, Colour Law will extend the expiration date on behalf of the certificate holder, per promo certificate need
-
Cancellations or no-shows within 72 hours of booked shoot date will apply promo certificate to that date
-
Cancellations based on emergencies, weather, acts of God may be rescheduled immediately without forfeiting certificate value based on discretion by Colour Law

packages or certificates used outside of established travel range or on multiple locations per booking may be subject to additional travel fees
